I used to live across the street from this place and even though it is off the beaten path, it is still worthy of some recognition. Every time I'd bring something to a gathering from Miller's, they would never disappoint. I particularly enjoy their cupcakes, fruit Danishes and pies.

Because of its location, they're definitely not in contention to receive any "Best Cupcake" accolade that city bakeries seem to compete for, but I can say that their product is definitely better than some other well known places across the river. The cake and frosting combo is never firm (like it's been sitting around or refrigerated) or overwhelmingly sweet. It's a balanced blend of moist cake with a creamy frosting that's "just right" making it a truly delicious confection.

Their pies are baked with blueberry, apple, peach, cherry or apricot filling. Topped off with a buttery, flaky crust it's a dieter's nightmare, but oh-so good! Around the holiday time, they bake mince pies which must be ordered a few days in advance due to the high demand.

Sadly, I have moved from the neighborhood and really do miss having this establishment nearby. If ever I find myself in that part of Jerseyland, I try to make an effort to stop in since it's worth the visit.

great location and great staff! i always bring things home to MA from here and to parties and everyone loves them. for christmas morning i got a blueberry pudding cake that was delicious with coffee. box of italian cookies are my dad's favorite and the tiramisu is to die for. they also sell single pieces if u need a quick fix lol! canollis and cream puffs are also very good. if you want/need something specific i would call ahead and place an order esp around holidays! cliffside park is a the little town where "big" was filmed and it seems as if it's been frozen in time it's really cute.

Best Bakery in the immediate area. You will not be disappointed with ANYTHING they make here.

I have only had their cookies and they are great. The one that was most memorable were the ones with the raspberry filling. It is located right on the corner of Anderson so it's not hard to miss. There aren't too many bakeries in this area that have the kinds of pastries, cookies, pies, that they sell, so it is a great choice if you are in the area and need that "sweet" fix.
